1. About This Document
These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase and use of the SaunaAgent™ Blueprint, a digital product sold via saunaagent.co. The website is operated by Ricko Tamm, trading as SaunaAgent™. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms in full.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who acts as Merchant of Record for all transactions. Your purchase is subject to Paddle's terms in addition to these terms.
2. The Product
The SaunaAgent™ Blueprint is a digital PDF document — a technical planning reference for sauna construction based on Finnish SFS standards and Nordic building practice. It is not a set of architectural drawings, a structural engineering report, or a jurisdiction-specific building regulation compliance document.
3. Licence
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to use the Blueprint for your own residential or professional planning purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share the document in whole or in part, in any format, without written permission from SaunaAgent™.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day refund period from the date of purchase, in accordance with EU consumer rights law and Paddle's requirements as Merchant of Record.
To request a refund, contact us at agentsauna@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase, quoting your order number. Refunds are processed via Paddle and typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Refund requests made after 14 days from the purchase date will not be accepted.
5. Disclaimer of Liability
The Blueprint provides general technical guidance based on Finnish and Nordic construction standards. It does not constitute professional architectural, structural, or legal advice. SaunaAgent™ accepts no liability for:
- Construction outcomes resulting from use of the Blueprint
- Non-compliance with local planning or building regulations
- Any loss, damage, or injury arising from following or misinterpreting the guidance
- Costs incurred as a result of construction decisions made using this document
Always verify specifications against your local authority's requirements and consult a qualified professional for projects requiring planning permission or building control sign-off.
6. Accuracy
We make every effort to ensure the Blueprint is accurate and up to date. However, building standards and regulations change. SaunaAgent™ does not warrant that the content will remain current or applicable in every jurisdiction at all times.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, text, and specifications contained in the Blueprint and on saunaagent.co are the intellectual property of SaunaAgent™. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited and may result in legal action.
8. Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, who acts as Merchant of Record for all transactions on this site. Paddle handles all VAT, sales tax, and regulatory compliance on your behalf. SaunaAgent™ (Ricko Tamm) does not process or store any payment card details.
By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
